You spend most of your day taking photographs of your baby: sleeping, smiling, eating, playing. As they grow up, they have more and more photos with their dad, their friends, their siblings but no one ever picks up a camera to capture those moments for you. If they do pick up a camera, you tell them to put it down as you don’t look your best. You don’t feel up for photos.

Time passes, children grow up and move out and all you have left are their old toys in the attic or shed and no photos to prove you were there for them. That you were there with them, loving them, wiping their tears, giving them hugs and listening to their problems.

Mummy and Me sessions at Ray and Julie Photography are created with mums in mind. We want you to exist in photographs. If not for you, for your children and your children’s children. When can you ever have too many beautiful portraits with people you love the most??? Never!

We charge £99 non-refundable for the shoot itself in order to secure your booking, to take pictures of you and your children. This will be deducted from your final order. At no time are you are under any obligation to purchase a single image if you don’t wish to, in that case, the shoot will have cost you £99. Should you, however, wish to order just a few images or prints rather than a collection, due to the time involved in processing, ordering and printing etc. or creating the multiple versions of files for USB there is a minimum order fee of £399.

Professional make up artist is available upon request. There is no extra cost for this service. Please enquire for availability.
